When time has expired, it becomes negative, not attractive to the eye, or emotions. Carelessness set in, and it gets worst when avoided. More and more distractions are yield to and never get done.

To beat this habit, change the attitude you operate in. Do it now, so time will not run out. Press through distractions. Don't let them hold you back. Now the time has been spent well.
